Mindy Baldinucci
Director

Mindy is an Administrative Entity Support Manager with Service Access and Management (SAM Inc.) and is responsible for conducting intakes to determine eligibility for developmental disability services for individuals residing in Luzerne and Wyoming Counties. Prior to this, Mindy gained a multitude of experience in the field through various positions, both behind the scenes, as well as providing direct support. Mindy was the Manager of the Autism for Lifelong Learning Employment Program and Transition Services at Misericordia University and worked daily with The Office of Vocational Rehabilitation. She also worked for The Advocacy Alliance as an Incident Management Specialist and an Office of Developmental Programs Certified Investigator- conducting investigations for allegations of Abuse, Neglect and Exploitation on behalf of adults with intellectual disabilities and mental health disorders in various counties throughout the commonwealth. Her early experience came from working as a Direct Service Professional at The Autism Center at Friendship House and as a substitute in Autistic Support Classrooms in Lackawanna County School Districts. Mindy completed several credits toward earning her masters degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders and hopes to one day continue her education to have the ability to provide Speech-Language Pathology Services.
