Vivian Williams
Director

Vivian Williams currently serves as the Director of Community Impact and Strategy for the Scranton Area Community Foundation, representing all identified coalitions and direct service projects that the Foundation engages in facilitating and accelerating a regional change movement, which includes working with community based partners in developing impact areas such as The Federal Reserve Bank of Philadelphia, City of Scranton and the PA Early Learning Investment Commission, Accelerator for America, and CFLeads.


Since joining the Foundation in 2019 Vivian has helped develop initiatives that include NEPA Moves, a regional transportation collaborative, NEPA Home, focused on affordable and attainable housing and NEPA Gives, a regional giving movement that in four years raised just over $4.1 million for over 230 organizations.


In addition to the Autism Society of Northeastern Pennsylvania Board of Directors, Vivian also serves on the Board of Directors of Marley's Mission, where she has been an active volunteer for over a decade,  along with serving on Neighborworks Westside Revitalization Advisory Committee. She currently serves as West Scranton Intermediate School’s PTA President, along with having served the Scranton School district by sitting on the district's COVID reentry committee, Safety and Discipline committee, and the Building utilization committee.


Vivian holds an MBA in General Management from Marywood University in Scranton, PA and a B.A. in Communications and Nonprofit Management from Salem College located in Winston-Salem, NC.


Vivian resides in West Scranton, with her husband Chuck and three children, Sydney, Sara and Tanner.
